Affectionately known as Sheng, Wei Sheng have gained valuable knowledge working with Four Seasons, Hyatt International and Shangri-La Hotels & Resort. He has been in the role of leading training and development for more than 10 years focusing on talents and capacity building. Having the life purpose of “Celebrating Identity”, Sheng has developed a keen sense preempting the expectations associated with the luxury & service sectors, bringing a fresh and different perspective into the team dynamics and training scene.
